First Fridays are Back in Downtown Elkins!
First Fridays have returned to the Elkins community, bringing renewed energy and excitement to downtown! Beginning Friday, February 6, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., residents and visitors are invited to gather with friends and family to experience all that downtown Elkins has to offer. This event features live music, local artists, and a variety of food and drink options from downtown businesses.
This Friday’s event will be celebrated with the theme of Mardi Gras, adding even more fun to the evening. Our local businesses and community partners don’t want you to be shy about grabbing some beads, dressing in festive colors, and enjoying the night!
“Events like these are an opportunity for our community to come together downtown to enjoy what Elkins has to offer,” said Mayor Jerry Marco. “Our local businesses have something planned for everyone, with activities that reflect the unique city that is Elkins.”
First Fridays are designed to support local businesses and create opportunities for people to connect. Whether you’re a longtime resident or visiting Elkins for the first time, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!
