- Next 3,000 gallons: $11.50 per 1,000 gallons
- Next 5,000 gallons: $9.60 per 1,000 gallons
- Over 10,000 gallons: $7.10 per 1,000 gallons

- Delayed payment penalty: 10% of unpaid balance
- Disconnect / reconnect charge: $25 each
- After‑hours service fee: $25 per call
- Tap fee: $750 or actual cost (whichever greater)
- Leak adjustment rate: $0.58 per 1,000 gallons
- Security deposit: Up to two‑twelfths (2/12) of estimated annual residential charge, or $50 (whichever greater)
- Sale for resale: $6.51 per 1,000 gallons
- Shutoff fee (after hours, customer‑requested): $25
