Starting or stopping water, sewer, and trash‑collection service in Elkins is easy. This page explains how to start service, stop service, and view current rates.

Starting Service

New water, sewer, and trash collection service may be arranged at the West Virginia Wood Technology Center, 10 11th St., Suite 3. You will need to fill out an application. Please bring photo identification. (City Hall is currently closed due to ongoing renovations.)

Stopping Service

Stopping water, sewer, and/or trash-collection services must be requested in writing.
