Sealed bids must be received by the City of Elkins on or before Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Bids may be:

All bids must be CLEARLY marked “Sealed Bid for Demolition” on the exterior of the submission envelope. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted.
Bid Opening:
The public bid opening will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 11:30 AM. All timely submitted bids will be opened and read aloud at this time. Interested parties are welcome to attend. Any questions about the process may be sent to jkittle@cityofelkinswv.gov.
