Meeting & Ceremony Requests

If you would like to invite the mayor to an event or request a meeting with the mayor, please contact the mayor’s office. The mayor’s executive secretary has access to the mayor’s calendar but cannot finalize appointments before consulting with the mayor.

Please keep in mind that the mayor attends many meetings each week, both during and after business hours, so it can sometimes be difficult to schedule a new meeting on short notice.
